If this file is in the form of a Macintosh .SEA or a PC .ZIP file, you must first download/copy it on to a Macintosh/PC, then decompress it on the Macintosh by double clicking it's icon from the finder then selecting which folder to extract it to from the dialog box which will appear. Decompress it on a PC by using the program PKUNZIP, which is widely available. You must then copy the file PING10.OPO to your Series 3, using Psion's 3 Link software and cable, which is available from psion.
Install this by placing the file ping10.opo in your \OPO directory, when it should appear under your RUNOPL icon, and you can run it like any other program.
This is a game like PONG tennis for Psion Series 3 pocket computers.
Instruction are available from within the program by pressing HELP.
You may freely distribute this program as long as you do not charge anything for it, and as long as this document is included with it.
